Mobile app development for iOS and Android

We build your app end to end: design, both platforms, the server and publishing to the stores. We took our own Mated app through Apple’s review ourselves, so we know where apps get stuck.

What the work includes

Screen design

We map out the user’s journey and design every screen around iPhone and Android habits, rather than squeezing a website into a phone.

iOS and Android at once

One team builds both versions, so the apps launch together and work the same way.

Server and admin panel

A server and API for data, sign-in and orders; optionally an admin panel where you manage the content yourself.

Store publishing

We prepare the description, screenshots and answers for review and submit to the App Store and Google Play. Publishing is included in the price.

Push, payments, SMS sign-in

Optionally: push notifications, payment via Payme, Click and Uzum, and sign-in with an SMS code — all of this already runs in our Mated platform.

A month of support

For the first month after launch we fix any bugs found and release bug-fix versions — included in the price.

iOS and Android at the same time

Customers in Uzbekistan use both iPhones and Android phones, so by default we build the app for both platforms. Both versions launch at the same time, look and work the same, and share one server.

If you only need one platform to start with, we’ll build that — it costs about 30% less. The second can be added later, with the server and design already in place.

Publishing to the App Store and Google Play, done for you

Publishing is a separate stage where weeks often get lost: Apple and Google review every app. We took our own Mated app through Apple’s review: we received feedback twice, fixed it and launched on the App Store. So we plan for the rules from the start — on sign-up, payments, account deletion and privacy.

It is best to publish the app under your company’s name. We’ll help you open developer accounts: Apple Developer costs $99 a year and Google Play a one-off $25. For a company account Apple asks for a D-U-N-S number — we’ll tell you how to get one.

How much does a mobile app cost in Uzbekistan?

A base version for iOS and Android with a server and publishing starts at 4 970 000 UZS; the usual timeline is 14–28 working days. The final price depends on the number of screens and features: SMS sign-in, online payment, push notifications, chat, maps, offline mode, an admin panel.

Work out your own version in the calculator below — it shows the price range and timeline straight away. Payment is split: projects from 5M UZS are paid in three stages — 30% up front, 40% after an interim delivery and 30% after launch.

What we build with

We choose the technology to suit the task and budget. Our own Mated app is written in SwiftUI, Apple’s native toolkit. For apps on both platforms, cross-platform development is often better value: one codebase, two versions, a lower price and simpler maintenance.

We write servers in Node.js and TypeScript — the stack the Mated platform runs on, with payments, notifications and automated tests.

How we work.

  1. Request and brief

    2 minutes

Describe the task in a short brief or on Telegram. No technical specification needed.

  2. Details and estimate

    Reply within one working day

We clarify the details by phone or on Telegram, whichever suits you, and send an estimate: scope of work, timeline and payment stages.

  3. Design and prototype

    Agreed before development

We show how the product will look and work. Coding starts only after your “yes”.

  4. Development

    With interim versions

We show working versions as we go, so changes happen straight away, not at the end.

  5. Launch and publishing

    Hosting, App Store, Google Play

We set up the domain and hosting and publish apps to the App Store and Google Play.

  6. Support

    First month included

For a month after launch we fix bugs and answer questions. After that, as agreed.

Questions about mobile apps

Ask us on Telegram
How much does a mobile app cost?

An app for iOS and Android with a server and store publishing starts at 4 970 000 UZS. A single platform costs about 30% less. The calculator on this page works out the exact range for your features.

How long does development take?

Usually 14–28 working days, depending on the number of screens and features. App Store and Google Play review takes a few more days — we build that into the plan.

Is publishing to the App Store and Google Play included?

Yes. We prepare the description, screenshots, privacy policy and review answers, submit the app and see it through to release. Only the developer accounts are paid separately: Apple charges $99 a year, Google Play a one-off $25.

What if Apple rejects the app?

We fix the issues and resubmit — that is part of our job. We took our own Mated app through two rounds of Apple feedback, so we plan for the usual reasons for rejection in advance.

Do we need a server, and who looks after it?

Almost every app needs a server for sign-in, data, orders and push notifications. We build and set it up; hosting is paid separately at the provider’s rates.

Can we start with just iPhone or just Android?

Yes, one platform costs about 30% less. We add the second later — the server and design will already be in place.

How does payment work?

Projects under 5M UZS: 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Larger ones are paid in three stages: 30%, 40% and 30%. Via Payme, Click, Uzum or by bank transfer under a contract.

Tell us about your project. We’ll do the rest.

Fill in a 5-step brief — then we’ll clarify the details and prepare an estimate and a timeline.
